Prologue

The Journey from Inspiration to Creation

Before revealing the characters in my new book, I'd like to share the inspiration behind it. Initially, I had a plot in mind and considered turning it into a book. Then, I watched the documentary "The Volcano: Rescue from Whakaari," which truly captivated me. This led me to make changes to the characters and location while keeping the original plot intact.

Crafting the Perfect Book Cover

The eruptive volcano not only depicts the events that will unfold but also symbolizes powerful emotions. The rock and ocean waves are also heart-shaped, containing a hidden message that I will reveal in the final chapter of the book. The spelling of Whakaari was altered to Whakaaari for a specific reason: the names of the three important characters around whom the story revolves all start with the letter 'A'. The ring, flowers, and dove also serve a purpose; perhaps the story can be understood by closely examining the cover image.

Nevertheless, well-crafted book cover is a powerful tool that can capture the essence of your story and draw readers. in.
